AIR CONDITIONING The resort has centralized air conditioning and recirculation systems in all guest rooms. A control switch is located in the entrance hall of your guest room. The air conditioning will automatically shut off when you open your balcony door.
AIRLINE ARRANGEMENTS Our Concierge staff will be pleased to help with reservations and reconfirmations.
BABYSITTING Qualified, experienced babysitters are available for short periods or for full-time assistance.
BATHROBES Bathrobes are provided in your guestroom for use during your stay.

CAR RENTAL For those wishing to explore the island, cars and jeeps may be rented by contacting our Concierge. Be sure to bring your driver's license.

CHECK-OUT Check-out time is noon. However if your flight is late in the afternoon or evening, we will be happy to store your luggage until you are ready to depart.

CONSERVATION Sunny skies mean less rain so we ask that you conserve water whenever possible. If you care to reuse your bath towels and linens there is information in your room. Please help us preserve our beautiful environment by only viewing – never touching – the coral and marine life.
CREDIT CARDS We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa. Personal or company checks will be accepted with prior approval.
HOUSEKEEPING Our housekeeping staff will provide daily maid service and turndown service. Please contact them with any special needs or requests.

INTERNET Complimentary WIFI is available in all accommodations and in the lobby and pool area. Computers are also available for use in the library.

SECURITY We are fortunate that Anguilla is not affected by crime in any significant way. We do recommend normal caution and a common-sense approach when touring the island and with valuables.
SIGHTSEEING Touring Anguilla is easy and delightful. Our Concierge would be pleased to recommend tours and trips.
SMOKING Non-smoking rooms have been set aside for those guests who request them. Our restaurants are smoke-free. Cigarettes and cigars are available for purchase in the bar.
SWIMMING POOL Please enjoy our negative-edge pool and jacuzzi. Remember there is no lifeguard on duty.
TAXIS Contact Concierge for assistance in ordering a taxi and to discuss fares which are set by the government.
TELEPHONES Our guest room telephones have an extension number and direct dial number, with voice messaging. Please refer to the in-room Guest Services Directory for local and long distance rates. Calls will be billed directly to your room account.
TOWELS Bath towels and beach towels are provided in your room. The blue beach towels will be replaced in your room each evening with turndown service.
